Song of the Month: “Frontiers”

by Lois Flowers

Song of the month steeple3

I don’t have much to say about the Song of the Month for August other than this.

If you’re shakily poised on the cusp of something new, if the way ahead is murky, if the unknown looms large, if you know what you’re supposed to do but lack the confidence to plow ahead, “Frontiers” by Vertical Church Band is for you.

Love the song, can relate as I think about each “frontiers”I have faced, some small, some huge, all designed to conform me into the images of Him. Some I have tried to run from, some I ran to, some I dropped in fear of but all were designed to give me insight into Him.

Betty, I’m facing a few frontiers right now (perhaps you guessed that from my song choice?), and your words serve as a wonderful reminder of what they are designed to do in my heart and life. I’m so glad you stopped by today! 🙂
